5G was the first generation of cellular technology designed specifically with business in mind. As T-Mobile was rolling out its 5G network, I wrote this article to illuminate the tricky concept of network latency, how 5G greatly reduces it, and why that matters for business.

During the rollout of 5G cellular networks, T-Mobile had a resource no other cellular carrier possessed at the time: midband radio spectrum. It had inherited the coveted frequencies from its merger with Sprint. I wrote this article to explain why this was a big deal and how it gave T-Mobile a competitive advantage in the early days of 5G.

Project: Articles for customer-facing magazine
My role: Research, ghostwriting

Black & Veatch, a global engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction company, publishes a monthly magazine to highlight its infrastructure projects and industry expertise. These are two of the pieces I wrote for the magazine as a freelance ghostwriter. To craft my stories, I interviewed Black & Veatch engineers for the background and details needed.
